Hi, I’m Chelsea!

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Coach who’s worked with professional sports organizations, Olympians, thru-hikers in their 70’s, ultramarathoners, 5K runners in their 80’s and everyone in between.

The result? I’m committed to helping you live the no-limits, active, adventurous lifestyle you crave!

I created this business because I want to help you stay connected to your major passions in life…through movement.

My thorough and pin-precision 1:1 Coaching will help you identify the exact root cause (I’ve been called the movement detective more than once!) of the limitation you’re struggling with so we can create a custom plan to get you back to your favorite workouts and activities.
