Why I Built This Program
After 10 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I kept seeing the same story repeat itself: women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s quietly struggling with hip pain, being told to rest, stretch or prepare for injections or hip replacement.
The truth? Most of these women were dealing with lateral hip pain - often misunderstood, often mistreated, and deeply disruptive to daily life.
